Dynamic Stretch: Long Step Backpedal

Here is dynamic stretch 6 of 7.

6.) Long Step Backpedal - Jog backwards with your legs. Try to increase the length of each step. Reach backwards with each step. Perform 8-10 reps and then jog it out for 10 yards. This stretch targets the hip flexors.
